Terms and conditions
- 2027 Registration Requirements-
- A minimum deposit must be paid upon registration. All outstanding fees must be paid in full before the player can be registered with Football Victoria and become eligible to play.
- Uniforms must be ordered and paid for separately through our nominated supplier, TX. A separate link will be provided once teams have been finalised. Purchasing the required uniform is compulsory and forms part of joining Hampton Park United Sparrows FC for the 2027 season.
- Players are expected to commit to all required training sessions and games, whether played at our home ground or away. If a player is unable to attend, a valid reason must be provided and the coach must be notified in advance.
- All members/parents are responsible for making the necessary transport arrangements for players to attend training sessions and games.
- All members/parents are required to participate in and assist with club volunteer duties throughout the season, as allocated through a rotating roster.
- All players/members must also complete their Football Victoria registration to be eligible to play. This link will be sent out once teams are finalised and when this registration is open.
